We are seeking a Research Technologist to work under the general supervision of a faculty investigator or laboratory supervisor, is responsible for performing immunology experiments and bioinformatic analyses T and B cell cultures.

• T & B Cell Cultures
• PBMC isolation
• Flow cytometry data acquisition and analysis
• Analysis of immunological data from spatial and single-cell technologies
• Analysis of immunological data from microscopy obtained images

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Work requires basic use of scientific methods, procedures and techniques gained through previous training and experience in cell culture and bioinformatics.
• Uses basic understanding of theory behind experiments and applies basic analytical skills to implement assigned projects, and to identify and trouble-shoot situations needing special attention.

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry or related field.
• Some related post-undergraduate work experience preferred.
