Partner Marketing Manager

Job Description

Location: Remote - must align to Pacific Time
Contract End Date: 07/31/2025, extension possible upon budget approval
Rate: 75.00/hour
Disrupt the Small Business Mid-Market is one of our Big Bets, the Partner Marketing team is responsible for Partner GTM strategy and marketing execution. The team consists of highly experienced, passionate marketers that drive full funnel marketing and demand generation initiatives within the partner ecosystem.
Reporting into a Group Marketing Manager, we are seeking a seasoned B2B marketer to join our team to manage and support our channel marketing one-stop-shop platform Partner Resource Center (PRC) powered by ZiftOne solutions. This role will focus on helping partners engage and utilize our marketing resources, ensuring successful campaign execution, and providing ongoing support for their marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in partner marketing and platform management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires a blend of creativity, and strong project management execution skills that drive awareness of PRC, engagement on campaigns, and revenue growth.
The individual will partner closely with campaign managers, sales, product and marketing teams, as well as with segment, channel, and external vendors to deliver positive experiences for small businesses and accelerate the growth driving our mid-market partner execution and GTM initiatives. This role plays a critical role in delivering one of our Big Bets...Disrupting the emerging Mid-Market, 11-300 employees.
Key Attributes and Responsibilities
Platform Management:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Partner Resource Center platform, ensuring partners have easy access to marketing tools, resources, and templates. * Assist in updating and maintaining marketing content, including email templates, social media posts, and campaign collateral. * Monitor platform performance and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams
Partner Support:
* Provide ongoing support and training for channel partners on how to use the Partner Resource Center to engage partners, recruit to increase PRC log-in's, and run their marketing campaigns effectively. * Troubleshoot platform-related issues and ensure timely responses to partner inquiries. * Conduct webinars and create how-to marketing guides to help partners navigate the platform and utilize available resources.
Campaign Coordination:
* Help partners set up and execute marketing campaigns through the platform, including email marketing, social media, and content syndication. * Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns. * Collaborate with the internal marketing team to ensure partners have the most up-to-date assets and messaging
Data and Reporting:
* Assist in collecting and analyzing platform usage data, providing regular reports on partner engagement and campaign effectiveness. * Track key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI for partner-led campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with the channel marketing and sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall partner strategies. * Communicate partner feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve platform functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field * 2-3+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles, preferably in the Technology companies. * Proficient with marketing platform and content management tools (experience with ZiftONE or similar platforms is a plus). * Expert marketing writing skills. Working with brand voice a plus. * * Proactively takes ownership of projects with little direction, leveraging experience and resourcefulness to develop work. * Ability to be accountable for the quality and timeliness of their work * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. * Strong project management skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Self-starter with a demonstrated track record and efficiently managed multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
