HJF is seeking a Human Performance Optimization (HPO) Mobile Training Team Site Lead to drive the successful planning and completion of mobile training efforts for the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness Advisor (H2F-A) program. The overall goal of this project is to bridge the gap between holistic health and fitness scientific research and the general public's knowledge and ability to optimize their health, performance, and well-being. The Human Performance Optimization (HPO) Mobile Training Team Site Lead will work with their supervisor to guide a team of subject matter experts to deliver impactful training that will span the domains of physical readiness, mental readiness, sleep readiness, spiritual readiness, nutritional readiness, behavior change, integration, and resource management. They will lead meetings, conduct site visits, and coordinate training programs, and provide feedback to assure training standards are met.
This position will be in support of the Consortium for Health and Military Performance (CHAMP) under the Uniformed Services University department of Military Emergency Medicine. They will be working with the Human Performance Resources by Champ (HPRC) Team to develop and stand-up curriculum for the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness Advisor (H2F-A) program.

Responsibilities:- Leads the planning and execution of mobile training team activities, meetings, training, and consultations. This includes conducting site visits prior to training, attending client meetings, and organizing the set up of technology and training materials.
- Leads and facilitates human performance optimization on-site training efforts. Provides quality control feedback to clients and other staff members on training performance.
- Assists in meeting with key stakeholders and help codify Total Task Inventory (TTI) and KSA's (knowledge, skills, and attitudes) for curriculum development and training.
- Guide’s SME’s to ensure the curriculum and training produce learning products that are certifiable by TRADOC standard.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor. This may include attendance of and participation in required training for role.
- Assigned Lead: May recommend the following: employee hiring, disciplinary action, and starting salaries; provide input on employee performance evaluations.
- Master's Degree required
- Minimum of 0 to 2 years experience required
- Ability to communicate clearly, work well with others, identify and resolve problems, and deliver results as a team.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of a variety of software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, proposal/project tracking, and data analysis software
- Knowledge of organizational objectives, the federal budget process, and office automation.
- Familiarity with Army and TRADOC policy, college course development, and or holistic health is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a T1 Public Trust with CAC.
Work Environment
- This position will take place primarily in an office setting.
Compensation
- The hourly pay range for this position is $24.09-$26.44. Actual hourly pay will be determined based on experience, education, etc.
