Job Description
The Western Wyoming Community College Dean of Students Office is accepting applications for a Student Life Student Worker.
The Student Life Social Media / Advertisement Student Worker is responsible for assisting the Student Life Department with frequent advertisement, social media posts, set-up and take down of events. This individual will also maintain cleanliness and organization in the Dean of Student’s Office and other department locations. Other various duties are required as needed. It is essential that this individual accomplish assigned duties in an efficient, effective, and competent manner and strive for improvement and excellence in all work performed. This individual will follow all college policies, rules, regulations, and guidelines as they relate to this position.

Minimum Qualifications
Creative
Must have a Driver’s License
Ability to work alone and on a team with their supervisor
Ability to work with and interact with others in an open and inclusive way
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to use Canva, Adobe, and Loomly (training provided)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to do mundane and detailed tasks with accuracy
Basic computer / internet skills such a typing, copy and paste, attaching documents to emails, printing, etc.
The applicant must be a student at Western Wyoming Community College enrolled in at least 6 credit hours. Work hours are contingent upon your current academic schedule.
Knowledge of social media (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.)
Experience using Excel (Word, Adobe, Canva)
