Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition: working areas, common-use areas, hallways, and washrooms in specified offices and buildings.

Pay Rate: $17.20/hr

Work Model: Onsite

• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, removes trash, cleans bathrooms/sinks/windows/mirrors, replaces restroom consumable items, deodorizes, and dusts counters and equipment. Strips and waxes of floors on a scheduled basis.
• Accountable for all work hours through the completion of work orders.
• Checks offices and buildings for non-working lights, air conditioning, refrigerators, fans, leaks, etc. Initiates work orders to correct.
• Keeps current inventory of janitorial supplies; reorders as needed.
• Responsible for grounds maintenance around buildings and monuments to include pressure washing entrance areas, sidewalks, lawn mowing, shrub trimming, etc.
• Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
• Displays good communication and organizational skills; must be self-motivated and work well as a team player in a challenging and atypical working environment.
• Performs other duties and activities as directed.

• Must be able to adequately speak, read, write, and comprehend English requiring moderate foreign language translation.
