Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for construction management and administration of public works capital projects, including all administrative, technical, fiscal, and schedule controls and tools.
• Supervise and manage subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• 12+ years applicable experience.
• Expertise in providing applicable engineering analysis, evaluation, and resolution of specific civil engineering related issues.
• Capable of analyzing and recommending responsible alternatives and solutions.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with industry and technical standards and means & methods for public works construction.
• Current CA Engineering License in applicable field of work.
• QSP or QSD certification.
• Valid CA Driver License.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $155,000-$170,000.
