Job Description

The Human Resources Department is seeking a customer service and detail oriented individual to assist with daily activities.  The individual hired will be reliable, self-motivated, highly efficient, detail oriented and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.   Because of the nature of the work to be completed, the individual will work with sensitive information and must maintain confidentiality at all times.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • File & Scan documents into electronic management system or BDM.
  • Review and compare electronic file to ensure that all documents in the physical files have been scanned and are scanned in an accurate and legible manner.
  • Assist with accepting and printing transcripts.
  • Greet visitors to the department in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Mapping job descriptions in our NeoEd system.
  • Assist with departmental and college-wide events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Works in an efficient, effective and accurate manner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Is highly motivated and puts forth initiative.
  • Dependable and reliable.
  • Stays focused and on task.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook, primarily)

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have completed FAFSA on file
  • Must be enrolled in a minimum six (6) credit hours
  • Must NOT have yet obtained 1st Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be seeking an eligible program of study
