Position Title: Adjunct Management Instructor

Position Overview:
Miami Metropolitan University is seeking a dynamic Adjunct Management Instructor to teach courses in Project Management, International Management, and Managing Change through Creativity and Design Thinking. The ideal candidate will have expertise in management theory and practice, along with a commitment to student engagement and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver undergraduate-level courses in Project Management, International Management, and Managing Change through Creativity and Design Thinking.
• Develop course materials, assessments, and assignments.
• Facilitate class discussions and activities to enhance student learning.
• Provide timely feedback on assignments and exams.
• Support students outside of class through office hours and online communication.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably at the university level.
• Knowledge of current management theories and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for educating and mentoring students.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.85 - $34.75 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week
