We are seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Adjunct Professors. This is a part time position. Work hour 8-10 hours per month.

As an Adjunct Professor, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire students in a specific subject area. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Duties:

- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and instructional materials

- Utilize instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences

- Incorporate learning technologies and online platforms, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), into teaching practices

- Manage classroom dynamics and create a positive learning environment

- Conduct research in your field of expertise and stay up-to-date with current trends and developments

- Provide mentoring and academic advising to students

- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback

Qualifications:

- Must had Doctor of Business Administration degree from an accredited University

- Previous experience working with students or teaching at the college level is preferred

- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area you will be teaching

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively utilize learning technologies and online platforms for instruction

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
